Extend the "Copy prefixed tags to metafields" task to monitor on updates

The bulk run version of this task "as is" is useful for migrating tags to metafields as a one time operation. However many 3rd party ERP/PIM systems currently support tags in their syncing but not metafields due to additional complexity. I think it's feasible to extend the existing task to monitor products/update, customers/update etc. based on some additional options while using plenty of the existing code.

Thinking about it this maybe would be more sensibly split into x3 tasks for product, customer & order to avoid unecessary event subscriptions which would always be ignored. It's probably 'cleaner' from a users point of view to have tasks be specific to object types too.
