Convert all product titles to regular sentence case

I would love a task to convert all product titles that are in CAPS to regular sentence case. Facebook wont sync products that have all CAPS. And it is a long process to convert all titles manually.

I think this would be helpful for my company, because we have multiple sources of data to add, and sometimes it is easy to forget when doing a lot of work.

Currently we use a CSV export to Excel then run the formula =Proper, and reimport, but that is extra work and an automation would be of great value.
