Convert abandoned cart to draft orders

This is of interest to me. I would like to know more details on how to use it to contact the potential purchaser, because I wouldn't want to clutter up my orders with a lot of draft orders that were generated but not able to be fulfilled.

Damien Heenan: Yes, this continues to be an important requirement. Sometimes customers face issues with the payment gateway but still want to purchase. Then it becomes a laborious exercise at our end to create the draft order and give alternative shipping methods
