I’m looking for a Mechanic workflow that would do the following:

When an order is manually (or automatically) tagged with a specific tag

After X time has passed (seconds / minutes / days / weeks)

The workflow automatically adds another tag to that same order

The main use case is task and deadline tracking for actions that happen outside of Shopify.

For example, I could tag an order when an external process starts, and then rely on the follow-up tag to know exactly when the next action is due—without having to track dates manually.

Bonus (nice to have, but not crucial):

Automatically remove the original tag once the follow-up tag is applied

This would be incredibly helpful for keeping workflows clean and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
