This task is similar to the variants version, but runs on the product and all variants based on the product's metafield value.

Use this task to automatically add products and their variants to the configured delivery profile on product update, if any of the products have a metafield value matching the configured value. Conversely, products with a non-existant or mismatched metafield value that are in the configured delivery profile will be removed.
