Use Case - For sites selling shoes, they typically have different sizes for different markets. Example US Size 5 may map to UK Size 2.5.

Different types of products (Men/Women) have different size chart mappings. We want to apply this size translations based on a product tag whenever a product is added to the store. Our size translations are in 'Option1' and we want to see these translations in Shopify's Translate & Adapt app. Once data is available natively in Translate & Adapt app, it can be used on PDP, filters, feeds etc.

We are not able to do this in bulk because CSV bulk editors like Matrixify doesn't support Shopify Market and Translate and Adapt app.
