Add monthly option to scheduler

We have maintenance tasks that would be nice to schedule monthly, although its not a big problem doing them weekly as currently.

Matt pointed out that for the time-being you can also workaround this by using the daily scheduler and checking the day of the month.

In practice, how would you envision this working, since monthly is indeterminate?
Perhaps monthly is always the 1st day, and then there would be day offsets (e.g. mechanic/scheduler/monthly+3.days).
I think there would need to be consensus on what should happen when an offset is greater than the number of days in a given month.

Brad H (Tekhaus): hmmm, I was thinking this is how it would work, but not sure how'd would handle an offset greater than a month. I guess that's already possible with hourly etc..?

I'm imagining this would always run on the 1st unless you provided an offset, allowing you to pick the day of the month. Anything else?

Matt Sodomsky: Yep, that makes sense to me. 12:00AM on the 1st, then add offsets as needed.
